HealthNet wanted a mail piece that addressed the Medicare changes going on at the time for seniors. I created a relatable intelligent fictional character that was having similar issues with the confusion surrounding Medicare changes. Lots of research went into this piece including countless interviews, community meetings and combing through a lot of bureaucracy.
Kaiser Permanente asked for a direct mail package that addressed all the changes going on in Medicare at the time. This was targeted to active seniors living in California.
